Your GP

GPs provide continuity of care and treat new and ongoing conditions like infections, confusing symptoms, muscular and joint pains, skin disorders, mental health problems, sexual related problems.

Most surgeries in Milton Keynes now offer some appointments early or late in the day.

Urgent care

The Urgent Care Centre is open 24/7. It provides a doctor and nurse treatment service for urgent problems. The out of hours service is staffed by local GPs and nurses for urgent problems which cannot safely wait until your surgery re-opens.

We suggest you phone NHS 111 for advice as this may save you an unnecessary journey.

The Accident & Emergency department is for severe problems which need the resources of a hospital to treat or diagnose.
