MKUCS offers assessment and treatment of conditions which you think have an urgent need to be seen and therefore cannot wait until you can access your own GP. If you are uncertain, please call 111 to avoid making an unnecessary journey.
Our service is provided by a Medical Team comprised of healthcare assistants, nurses, nurse prescribers and local GPs. MKUCS offers this service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
MKUCS dressing clinic information
MKUCS provides a weekend service for necessary dressing changes for ambulant patients. Appointments for this clinic are booked through your GP.
Children’s primary care team
From October 2015, families in Milton Keynes can now access the children’s primary care team. This team of specially trained and experienced children’s nurses work with local GPs to offer appointments for children suffering common illnesses. Appointments are held at Milton Keynes Urgent Care Centre.
